Niga Marda Ayi Ve (2023)

Pritam is a simpleton, from the fields of Punjab. He has grown up listening to legends of Heer Ranjha, Sassi Punnu, Sohni Mahiwal and Mirza Sahiba - his personal favorite love story. He has recently moved to London for greener pastures and found a decent job and settled down. From a village to London, it's a huge leap. He sees his idea of love is considered outdated. Girls are quick to change boyfriends. But, he was lucky that he met Noor. A traditional Sikhni from London, complete with a dupatta. The girl of his dreams.

Kokka (2022)

"Kokka", a colloquial term used in Punjab to describe "flawless beauty", is a tale of a young attractive man, Akaal, who is at the prime of his youth and is looking for a bride to settle down in the UK, inevitably falls in love with "Ajooni", who is an unmarried woman in her late thirties, a combination looked down upon by the entire Punjabi community in South Hall. Though she lives and works in Central London, but, her relatives and her single mother, Dalwinder, in South Hall, bombard her with obnoxious matrimonial propositions all the time. So when Akaal and Ajooni fall in love, they know their love story is not going to be an easy one. Their love for each other and their desire to be together is not just frowned upon, but, it is tested in every step of the way, yet, they eventually turn the tide in their favour. "Kokka" therefore tells the tale that when two souls are in love, there is no flaw in that.
